Welcome to some of the posts that I have read over the last couple of days. There have been many that I enjoyed but here is just a few that I think you might find useful.
The first is actually a resource rather than a post. The Story Reading Ape has compiled a fantastic compendium of ‘How To’ articles to cover every conceivable element of writing we might be faced with from A-Z… However, you will find that Chris has re-ordered into categories to make it easier to access. Here is just a very small selection and I suggest that you head over and check out the rest of the index that stretches for miles and miles (I think there might be a post on exaggeration but I have not read it yet)! This is not to be missed.
Head over and bookmark this amazing resource: https://thestoryreadingapeblog.com/2017/07/31/my-how-to-101-has-been-updated-and-upgraded-for-easier-referencing/
Ritu Bhathal has a muse..A Spiderman action doll who dispenses wise words from himself and others every Sunday.
“The trick is to enjoy life. Don’t wish away your days, waiting for better ones ahead.” – Marjorie Pay Hinckley
Wise words that Spidey found today!
It is all to easy to wait for that special time, when you are convinced certain things will happen.
We can wish our whole lives away, waiting for Friday, for the holidays, for the day some publisher finds our writing and makes us an overnight author sensation (just me?).
But what about all the days in between?

Now for a very important message from Terri Webste-Schrandt for all dog lovers, especially if you have recently adopted a puppy and they are going through their various vaccinations. This post tells the story of her own pup Brodie.
This post is intended to educate dog owners about the serious and sometimes fatal threat of canine parvo-virus.
Many of you have “met” my pup Brodie, a purebred Boykin Spaniel. If not, feel free to read about it in Me and My Aero: For the love of a Dog
Brodie came into our lives at 7 weeks old full of Boykin (aka “Destroykin”) Spaniel energy and vigor. At this writing, he is almost 8 months old.
Every dog owner agrees that having their pets vaccinated for a variety of canine diseases is critical to their well-being, not to mention their survival. While I won’t go into the pros and cons of vaccinations here, I will say that having owned 5 dogs myself and being raised around my mom’s collies, I feel strongly that vaccines are necessary.
But they are not infallible.
Brodie got his first round of shots at 7 weeks and continued faithfully until just past 4 months old. We followed all the rules and protocols, so no walks in the front yard or street, kept him crated at the vet’s office, and no contact with other dogs.

The last post today is from David M. Prosser who is introducing us to some of the myths and legends of Wales. This week it is the legend of Manawydan, son of Llyr and his life spent between England and Dyfed
Manawydan, son of Llŷr.
Pryderi of Dyfed returns from the Irish War as one of its few survivors, to reunite with his mother Rhiannon, and his wife Cigfa. He brings with him his beloved war comrade, Manawydan, the heir to the kingship of all Britain. But Manawydan’s rights as heir to Britain have been usurped by Caswallon, and he does not want more war. Pryderi establishes him as the lord of Dyfed, including marriage to Rhiannon, a union which both partners welcome. The four of them, Pryderi, his wife Cigfa, Rhiannon and her new husband Manawydan, become very good friends indeed, and travel the land of Dyfed admiring how bountiful it is.

On that note.. please help spread the posts of these four legends… thanks Sally
