It is time for Colleen’s Tuesday Poetry Challenge 126 – Poets choice of words
Being the first challenge of the month, we get to choose our words rather than synonyms for the prompt….
March Hares – Etheree
March
known for
its bounty
of spring flowers
high winds and mad hares
has come barrelling in
blowing the cobwebs away
from the window sills and our minds
intent on pushing the winter gloom
back into its cave for another year.

Hi Sally! I love the way you described “March” as a living entity and the beast “Winter”, so much imagery. Fabulous Etheree! ❤ xo
