About Smorgasbord - Variety is the Spice of Life.

My name is Sally Cronin and I am doing what I love.. Writing. Books, short stories, Haiku and blog posts. My previous jobs are only relevant in as much as they have gifted me with a wonderful filing cabinet of memories and experiences which are very useful when putting pen to paper. I move between non-fiction health books and posts and fairy stories, romance and humour. I love variety which is why I called my blog Smorgasbord Invitation and you will find a wide range of subjects. You can find the whole story here. Find out more at

  1. It was lovely listening to Patty …seeing eye dogs are so wonderfully trained and intuitive ..We had a Lady and her dog join us at work and we all had a lesson on how we should react Patty’s comment on the elbow was no surprise…We learnt many lessons on how to assist and help ..mainly simple but ones a seeing person does not think about…

  2. Oh my goodness!
I never in 1 million years expected anyone would share this. I didn’t even think it was all that good. Really was just doodling around because my computer is Caputi.
Thank you ever so much. I hope you did enjoy it.
