Monday always starts with news and my views… always something new to discover…This week was no different…Food Labels…

There are many reasons why food labels are not fit for purpose…The fact that only people who can generally read them are those with 20/20 vision, of course, we want to know what is in our food as if it is chicken I want to know chicken is the main ingredient…I want to know the source of my chicken as the way they are reared is vastly different depending on where they come from and the processing..regulations vary from country to country and of course, I don’t want my chicken to come from 1,000’s…
