Welcome to the round up with posts that you might have missed during the week on Smorgasbord.
I hope that despite the increase in cases in most of our countries, you are staying safe. With politics and Covid-19 it is hard to find some good news headlines but tucked away you can find a gem or two.

On the home front the last couple of days I have been moving pot plants around, taking some around the back of the garden to see out the next few months and setting out the winter flowering plants. Not a very bright day but with rain coming in for the next ten days I took the opportunity to take some photographs…
Time to get on with the posts from the week….

Thank you very much for dropping and all your support, have a great weekend and I hope you will join me again next week.. thanks Sally.
I’ve been shifting pots around, too, Sally. The summer bedding ones get shoved behind the shed and I’m bringing the bulb planters into place. I don’t have any winter flowering pots – might try to do something about that this week.

The local nursery is great and very knowledgeable unfortunately they also sell cards, books, clothing, handbags and other treats on the way out of the store… still a girl can never have too many handbags…..xx

Lovely photos, Sally. We don’t even have a balcony here, only some plants on the window, so not a lot of colour there. Thanks for the varied content and for the wealth of information. 🙂

Cheers on another outstanding week! We finally got a quarter-inch of rain this week. I’m afraid we need a lot more than that to get our state’s fires under control.

Thanks Pete and hopefully more rain will follow as you move deeper into fall… it has been a very tough time I am sure.. I might moan about our rain but it has its benefits..xx

Thanks again for shining your generous spotlight on my reviews, Sally, and for a great week of posts. I especially love the photos from your garden. Our flowers aren’t doing too well here because we’ve had some pretty cold nights, but It’s nice to get out there and dream and plan for next year’s garden.
