Carol Taylor has a fabulous Vegetarian Christmas menu from a choice of starters, mains and desserts which sounds delicious.. Head over to print off for and useful throughout the year if you are having guests over who prefer non-meat options.. #recommended
There is a definite trend towards more plant-based recipes and this time of year with cranberries and other delicious fruits/vegetables some of them are just awesome and so tasty…I hope you find something that will tickle your taste buds …Merry Christmas xxx
Welcome to a Christmas menu with vegetarians in mind and I have tried to think of tasty dishes that as dare I say it a carnivore I would eat… In fact, I eat both because as long as a meal is tasty then that is what matters and I love vegetables.

Having done veggie Christmases for over thirty years now, I have a range of lovely dishes and menus to serve up (especially as my main guest is also veggie). If you have an egg-eating veggie, then there’s nothing nicer to go with all the Christmas trimmings than Delia Smith’s wonderful Christmas roulade, which you can find here: https://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/vegetarian-recipes/cheese-and-parsnip-roulade-with-sage-and-onion-stuffing
It also works cold with salad and jacket potato the next day 🙂

Lol – Too much butter, too much sugar, many eggs. At least cooking like in the 60tieth, and for me and my fitness addiction a little bit too much. 😉
