  3. This video put a big smile on my face. Thank you for sharing it, Sally! I especially love the women petting foals who are all snuggled up with them in a field. And I have not seen a horse hug with one of their front legs before (!!) like one horse did. I also have not seen — and probably would not enjoy — so much friendly licking. Our family had a very sweet and calm Morgan horse who lived to be over 40 years old. He certainly liked to be scratched and hugged. Deep breath in. Deep breath out. Great to be reminded that there are so many moments of kindness and affection transpiring on this planet (simultaneously with all of our strife…)

  5. These were great! The totally relaxed foal was remarkable, however the horse having his hindquarters scratched made me anxious – I’m far too wary to stand that close to a horse’s back legs!! 🤣
