Welcome to the round up of posts you might have missed this week on Smorgasbord.
I hope that you are well… Nothing very exciting to report from my end but we have had some lovely sunny days although some high winds to go along with them. I am heading to the garden centre tomorrow to stock up on birdseed and suet… and hope to pick up some early spring flowers to brighten up the front of the house.
There will be of course Jubilee celebrations today for the Queen to mark her 70 years on the throne although her actual coronation was on June 2nd 1953… An auspicious day as my mother told me that was also the day of my christening! I think she has been an amazing monarch and certainly as I read the media headlines about some of those who have self-appointed themselves into positions of life-time power, we are lucky to have the stability of such a head of state.
This week it has been a full house as far as our regular contributors are concerned and my thanks to William Price King, Debby Gies and Carol Taylor for their amazing posts.
Thank you for visiting during the week and for sharing the posts to your own social media… as always your comments were very welcome and keep me motivated.
