Smorgasbord Blog Magazine – Weekly Round Up – 20th – 26th May 2024 – Meet and Greet, 1970s Hits, Iconic Duets, Health, Reviews, Bloggers and Funnies

Welcome to the round up of posts this week on Smorgasbord you might have missed.

I hope you have enjoyed your week so far and we have had a busy week getting tax and insurance sorted for the new car and whilst all is now organised some of the paperwork has yet to arrive. I should be able to drive it from Monday.

The new book is taking shape and in the final stages of editing before it goes across to David for formatting. It has been a project close to my heart and with this one on its way I can get started on the Tales from the Irish Garden: Sanctuary which is next on the list.

Meet and Greet… I am always fascinated to see which countries visitors originate (all of the above this week) and I thought it was an opportunity for a meet and greet. I hope it might encourage everyone to visit each other’s blogs and meet some new friends. I suggest your name, your country and your link if you have one. If you just want to leave your name and country that is fine too…look forward to meeting some of you for the first time. For those who are regular visitors this is an opportunity to share your latest post perhaps. ♥

My thanks to John Dolan for his lovely review for Life is Like a Mosaic…a great boost for the week Goodreads

As always my thanks also goes to my friends who contribute to the blog

  2. It must be a good feeling to be nearing the finish line on your book with another project waiting in the wings. We’re flying out to meet our grandson on Thursday, so we’re super excited for that.

  5. just caught up with a few blogs today. Once again a variety of information.

The weather here is still up and down but I’m looking forward to our first sleepover and playday with Alexander. How I’ve missed my playtime! Half-term and we aim to have at least one very full day (and probably a sleepless night!)
