Delighted to welcome Sandra Cox to the Cafe and Bookstore with her popular Western, Paranormal and Romance novels. I have had the pleasure of reading two so far and can highly recommend.
About the book
A modern day, shapeshifting sheriff.
He’s the sheriff of a sparsely populated county in Montana. His blood brother and childhood best friend is Chief of Police on the Blackfoot Reservation, but they no longer speak. His deputy is a southern transplant with the body of a high-priced call girl, a voice of honey and mouth of a trucker. And if that’s not enough, he’s got a secret that would stun those that know him best. Other than that, it’s business as usual for Sheriff Mateo Grey.
One of the recent reviews for the book on Goodreads
Sandra Cox is a talented storyteller with her richly drawn characters and vivid descriptions of settings. She tells a story filled with action to keep the reader turning pages. I know I did–enthralled with characters I cared about and scared to death when facing a wolf. Her writing brings the reader right into the scene and emotions. I did not want this story to end. I hope there is a sequel because I liked the relationship between Mateo and Blain and loved the western location. If you are reading and enjoying shape-shifter stories, you are going to love Mateo’s Law
